Kerala Blasters FC proudly announces the launch of the Yennum Yellow music album, as part of the club’s Yellow Heart initiative aimed at uniting communities across Kerala through football. This album consisting of 6 music tracks is dedicated to the passionate fans of the club across the globe who will be missed at the stands during this season of the Indian Super League. The tracks to the album that is strongly rooted on fans, the culture of the state and the club have been contributed by renowned musicians, having roots in Kerala. It is also noteworthy that the Album cover art has been designed by Saju Mohanan, a local visualist.
“Being a football lover, a chance to be a part of this album is something I will always cherish.” said Job Kurian who sang and composed the track “Theekali”, one among the 6 cheer songs of the club. “It’s the first time we are working on a project like this. Given how passionate the fans of Kerala Blasters are, it was even more exciting to try and replicate that energy into our music.” said Agam on composing a song for the album.
The Yennum Yellow Music Album was conceptualized and curated to bring about the stadium atmosphere, while every fan supports the team from the safety of their homes. Standing firmly on this very purpose, Saju Srinivas who composed the powerful song “Shakthi” for the album said, “We’ve used arena sounds so that fans won’t miss the stadium atmosphere.”
Staying true to the core principles of the club, Nikhil Thomas, the music director of the song Va Varika Va said, “We felt the track should represent the emotions of the fans who are always backing the team.”
“It was a dream come true to compose a song for the team that I love” said Niranj Suresh who is also a fan himself and has used the famous viking claps as part of the background beats of the song.
With this launch, Kerala Blasters FC becomes the 1st ISL Club to launch a music album for fans.

The songs of this album are as much to celebrate the spirit of Kerala and the passion of our fans as it is to acknowledge the unity that football brings in the community. The album serves as a constant reminder that through football, we’re able to transcend any and all barriers to support one singular cause.
