  • Kerala IT to Take Part in Convergence India Expo

    THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
    A contingent of around 20 IT Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) companies from Kerala will showcase their products and services at the three-day 32nd edition of Convergence India Expo, the country’s largest technology and infrastructure event, in New Delhi, starting on March 19.

    Lead IT Strategists of the State High Power IT Committee, the IT advisory panel to the Government of Kerala, is leading the Kerala IT delegation for the first time to the expo, which will be held at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, in the national capital.

    It is organised by the Exhibitions India Group (EIG) and India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), the premier trade promotion enterprise of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.

    Apart from showcasing Kerala’s robust IT ecosystem, the state IT firms will explore opportunities for networking and scaling up their businesses through strategic partnerships with potential clients. The Kerala IT will have a 56 sq.m pavilion in the venue’s Hall No. 3 (Booth No. C35).

    The March 19-21 event also features technology award programmes, conclaves, panel discussions and networking events. Kerala is the official state partner of the event.

Kerala is the most digitally-driven state of the country with a state centric model of evolution of digital ecosystem spread across its three IT parks (Technopark, Infopark & Cyberpark), augmented by a robust startup ecosystem, excellent academic institutes/ capacity building measures, social infrastructure and sound governance. This participation as the Official State Partner is a proud moment, underscoring Kerala IT’s growing influence and commitment to shaping the future of technology. We take immense pride in leading this contingent, opening new avenues for partnerships and investment opportunities.”

    Infopark CEO Susanth Kurunthil said, “For the first time, Kerala is proud to be the official state partner for the Convergence India Expo. With robust digital infrastructure, advanced facilities, and a strong focus on emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and AVGC-XR, Kerala has become a thriving ground for IT enterprises, housing over 1,000 IT/ITES companies and 1.5 lakh professionals. This participation presents a valuable opportunity for Kerala’s IT SMEs to showcase their capabilities, build partnerships, and expand their global footprint.”

    More than 55,000 industry visitors, 1,200 brands, and participants from more than 40 countries are expected to attend the expo, which will also see the convergence of professionals, digital trailblazers, and government leaders across domains like IT, ICT, Broadcast, Internet of Things (IoT), Fintech, and Embedded Technology.

    The 20 companies as part of the Kerala IT delegation to attend the expo: Aabasoft Technologies India, ATeam Info Soft Solutions, Cloud Control Solutions Inc., Coddle Technologies, Codesap Technologies LLP, Desklog Solutions, Eventhex Solutions, Foxdale, Futuremug, iLeaf Solutions, Kerala Spacepark (KSPACE), Leeyet Techno Hub LLP, Richinnovations Technologies, Softland India Limited, TechBrein, Techgentsia Software Technologies, ThinkPalm Technologies, Tiltlabs, UVJ Technologies and Zoondia.

    The expo will also bring together various stakeholders such as industry leaders, technopreneurs, digital experts, innovators, researchers, data scientists, investors, government bodies, academics, think tanks, prominent organisations and industry representatives worldwide.
