mGage India, the world’s largest mobile engagement and messaging provider, has taken on a new brand identity. mGage India Pvt. Ltd. is now Karix Mobile Pvt. Ltd; the company made the announcement recently.
Speaking on the new brand identity, Jay Sheth, CEO, Karix says, “mGage India, now Karix Mobile, serves an estimated one-third of all enterprise messaging in India. We are also well-placed to spearhead the expected significant evolution of basic messaging to intelligent messaging in the next 2-3 years. With technology enhancement, we are planning to expand our boundaries to serve customers across the globe. Therefore, this is the right time for us to adopt a more global brand name for which Karix will give us the right traction”.
Commenting on the announcement, Deepak Goyal, COO, Karix, states, “Our new brand name, Karix, stands for a wide bouquet of evolutionary services that cater to growing demands of enterprises. We recently added an Omni-channel marketing automation service in our portfolio. We will soon introduce our new self-serve cloud communication platform that will cater to a global community of developers. We have initiated operations to assist businesses make the transition from SMS to Rich Communication Service (RCS).
To announce and showcase some of these solutions, we will be participating in Mobile World Congress, in Barcelona from February 26th to March 1st, 2018. With the new brand name, there is an added vigour, a new excitement in the company. We are committed to make continued investments in innovative solutions and offers these services to our customers”, he added.
While the company adopts a new identity, the corporate structure and teams will remain unchanged. Karix Mobile helps businesses connect seamlessly with their customers using communication channels such as SMS, email, voice and data. The company processes over 100 billion messages annually for its enterprise customers and the Govt. of India.
