Nanma Properties Delivers Third Project ‘Fenice’

Engineering, contracting and construction company, Nanma Properties Pvt. Ltd, has completed its third major project at Maradu.
The project was inaugurated by Nafeesa Meeran, Director of Eastern Group. Nanma Properties specialises in turnkey projects and its strengths in the construction sector range from MEP, townships, and healthcare complexes to IT hubs, apartment complexes, housing, factories, resorts, industrial spaces and more.
The company, which is a subsidiary of Eastern Condiments, has kept its promise and delivered 28 apartments in its project at Maradu, named ‘Fenice’. This project, initially started by Parthasarathy Builders was taken over by Nanma, after the construction came to a halt and was completed within six months of take over. Highest quality standards have been met with regards to elevators, surface finishes, and other amenities.
