NISH to Hold Seminar on Hearing Loss Among Elderly

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
The National Institute of Speech and Hearing (NISH) is organizing a seminar on hearing loss among elderly people at its Akkulam campus on February 29.

The seminar is part of programmes planned by NISH in connection with World Hearing Day, observed on March 3. Experts including Audiologists and ENT specialists will speak at the seminar. The seminar will be conducted from 10 am to 1 pm.

Those who have lost hearing and not able to hear despite using hearing aids can attend the seminar. For registration contact 0471-2944622, 8838773027. The theme of Hearing Day 2020 set by WHO is “Hearing for life. Don’t get hearing loss limit you’.
