Pepper Creative Award Function on May 5

The Pepper Award 2017, organized by Pepper Creative Award Trust, the much awaited event known for its vibrancy and glamour quotient will be held at Hotel Le Meridian on 5th May at 6.30 pm.
The opening ceremony will be inaugurate by Padma Shri Piyush Pandey, (Executive Chairman & Creative Director, Ogilvy & Mather India and South Asia) . Rajiv Rao ( National Creative Director, Ogilvy & Mather India) and Prathap Suthan ( Managing Partner/Chief Creative Officer, Bang In The Middle) will grace the occasion.
In part of this Pepper Award Expertalk is scheduled to be held on same day at Le Meridien Kochi (9.30 am to 4.30 pm) .The Wizard of Production Design Sabu Cyril, Lens Magician Cinematographer Ravi K Chandran and Award Winning Creative Director Prathap Suthan will be gracing the occasion and sharing their knowledge.
Close to 600 entries received from more than 70 agencies were judged from print, film, radio, OOH, Direct Mailers, Digital and cyber categories. From both open category and Kerala category, more than 130 metals and 15 finalists would be awarded. Some of the prominent participants include media houses like Mathrubhumi, Malayala Manorama, FWD Magazine, Asianet, MM TV, Club FM, Radio Mango; agencies include Saatchi & Saatchi , Stark Communications, Banana Brand works, Be Positive, Happy McGarry Bowen, Popkorn Creatives, Plain Speak, JWT, DDB Mudra, OPN, Janrise Advertising, R K Swamy, FCB Ulka, Feswa, Disha Communications, Mind Mine, Team One Advertising, Hammer, Identity, Ad India, Method, Sweet Water, Sobhagya, Color Doppler, One MG, Chrysalis etc ; and production houses include Nirvana Films, Rathish Ambat, Digitally Inspired Media, Media Box, Liquid Lights, Icon Productions etc.
K S Chakravarthy (Chax), Chairman & CCO, Tidal 7 Brand & Digital; Prathap Suthan, Managing Partner/Chief Creative Officer, Bang In The Middle and Santosh Padhi, Chief Creative Officer and Co- founder, Taproot Dentsu were the members of the jury for Pepper 2017..
The awards are given in categories such as Agency of the Year Award, Advertiser of the Year, Special Jury Award, Press Campaign, TV Commercial, Outdoor, Radio, Interactive – Web-based, Digital, Cyber, Direct Mailer, Packaging, Logo Design, Unpublished works and Promos. The eleventh Edition of Pepper also has an exclusive section for participants from Kerala: Jewellery, Real Estate, Textile, Hospitality, Ayurveda and General.
The award winners will be presented with Gold, Silver and Bronze awards and certificates. Around 500 people from the advertising fraternity in South India and prominent media personalities will attend the function.
