Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) Kochi Chapter has selected R Balachandran, Chairman SB Global Educational Resources Pvt. Ltd., Kochi for its Transformation Guru Award 2018.
The award is given away based on the criteria of the transformation that is brought in individuals and organizations through training & development intervention. Through excellent leadership training, skill development and coaching, Balachandran himself and his organization SB Global Educational Resources Pvt. Ltd. had enabled many individuals and organizations across Kerala, India and abroad to undergo the changes positively.
“R Balachandran is selected based on the immense contribution that he had made to the cause of individual development as well as organizations through training intervention, over the last 3 decades” said Jose P Philip, Chairman, ISTD Kochi Chapter.
Indian Society for Training and Development is headquartered in Delhi and works in the constituency of learning and development across the nation through 50 plus chapters in training, facilitation, knowledge dissemination, train the trainer programs and also through its esteemed discipline programs in training. For the last 5 years Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) Kochi Chapter has been recognizing eminent trainers and facilitators who bring about the transformation in individuals &organizations. The award is being presented to Balachandran by Ernakulum MP Prof K V Thomas on 18th May evening during ISTD Kochi Annual day function at Hotel Presidency, Ernakulum North.
