State Bank of Travancore is conducting an Open House Meet for customers on 15 June 2016 between 3 pm to 5 pm at the Head Office, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram. The bank will review the prevailing practices and procedures to make modifications, if required, on an ongoing basis to improve customer service as per suggestions and responses received in the MEET. As a part of the customer service initiatives, SBT is conducting Open House Meets with customers on 15th of every month between 3 and 5 pm at its Head Office, Administrative Offices and Branches.
