Special Trains to Velankanni

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
Inorder to clear extra rush of passengers during Velankanni Church Festival Southern Railway will run special fare special trains between Ernakulam and Velankanni and Nagercoil Velankanni as under;
Train No 016016 Ernakulam Jn-Velankanni Special Fare Special Train will leave ernakulam junction at 9 pm on 31.08.2017 and 07.09.2017 (Thursdays) to reach Velankanni at 10:15 am on the following day. In the return direction Train No 06015 will start from Velankanni at 2:20 pm on 01.09.2017 and 08.09.2017(Fridays) to reach Ernakulam Jn at 03:30 amon the following day. With a composition of one 2AC, two 3AC, 11 Sleeper class and 3 Unreserved Coaches. These trains will have stoppages at Aluva, Thrissur, Palakkad, Pollachi, Palani, Dindigul, Thiruchchirappalli, Thanjavur, Thiruvarur and Nagapattinam Satations,
Train No 06090 Nagercoil Jn-Velankanni Special Fare Special Train will leave Nagercoil junction at 5:00 pm on 27.08.2017 and 03.09.2017(Sundays) to reach Velankanni at 04:00 am on the following day. In the return direction Train No 06089 will start from Velankanni at 2:20 pm on 28.08.2017 and 04.09.2017(Mondays) to reach Nagercoil Jn at 04:15 am on the following day. With a composition of one 2AC, three 3AC, 13 Sleeper class and 3 Unreserved Coaches. These trains will have stoppages at Valliyur, Thirunelveli, Kovilpatti, Sattur, Vrudunagar, Madurai, Dindigul, Thiruchchirappalli, Thanjavur, Thiruvarur and Nagapattinam Stations.
