On UST’s culture of diversity and inclusion and related initiatives
True to our diversity credo, we have built up a strong culture that embraces inclusion. We are continuing to roll out programs and initiatives to foster an inclusive environment for our team members to thrive and fully realize their innate potential to foster a high performance work culture. Our Human Resource and corporate programs include various initiatives that promote diversity, such as the Sheroes summit, Step It Up America program to train and employ veterans and women in the field of technology, Impact India program to bring in differently abled talent into the workforce, establishment of employee networks such as PRIDE and Network of Women Associates, and women’s mentoring program are some of the marquee initiatives that have had/are having powerful impact within UST offices, she added.
