Weekly Special Trains and Christmas Special

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
The following passenger special trains will operate from 16th December 2017 to 20th January 2018.
1. Ernakulam-Kollam Passenger Special via Kottayam will leave Ernakulam Jn at 2:40 pm and arrive Kollam Jn at 6:55 pm on Saturdays only as per the schedule of Train No.66301 Ernakulam-Kollam MEMU.
2. Kollam-Ernakulam Passenger Special via Alappuzha will leave Kollam Jn at 8:50 am and arrive Ernakulam Jn at 12:20 pm on Mondays only, as per the scheduled of Train No.66302 Kollam-Ernakulam Memu.
Regulations of Trains
I. Due to the line block in palakkad division for track maintenance at various sections, regulation of the following train services are imposed.
1. Train No 13352 Alappuzha-Dhanbad/TATA express, scheduled to leave Alappuzha at 05:55 am on 15.12.17 has been rescheduled to leave Alappuzha at 07:25 am (Late start by 90 minutes).
2. Train No 12678 Ernakulam-KSR Bengaluru express, will have en-route regulation of 30 minutes on 15.12.2017.
3. Train No 16332 Trivandrum-Mumbai CSMT weekly express will have en-route regulation of 30 minutes on 16.12.2017.
4. Train No 66611 Palakkad-Ernakulam MEMU is partially cancelled in Palakkad-Lakkiti section till 20.12.17, and the train will start from Lakkitti station at its scheduled departure time : 08:45 am.
5. Train No 22647 Korba-Trivandrum biweekly express will have en-route regulation of 50 minutes till 20.12.2017.
6. Train No 17230 Hyderbad-Trivandrum Sabari Express will be regulated for 30 minutes en-route till 20.12.2017
7. Train No 16606 Nagercoil-Mangalore Ernad Express will have en-route regulation of 120 minutes till 20.12.2017
8. Train No 11097 Pune-Ernakulam express will have en-route regulation of 60 minutes on 18.12.2017
II. Due to modification work at Tiruppur Yard, the following train services will be regulated on 23.12.2017.
1. Train No 12677 KSR Bengaluru-Ernakulam intercity express will have a late start of 70 minutes at KSR Bengaluru
2. Train No 22646 Trivandrum-Indore express will be regulated for 40 minutes at Coimbatore Jn.
Christmas Special Trains
The following special trains will operate to clear the extra rush during Christmas.
I. Train No 06006, Ernakulam-Chennai Special Fare Special train will leave Ernakulam Jn at 7:25 pm on 21.12.2017(Thursday) and arrive Chennai Central the next day at 10:30 am.
Coach compostition:
2 Tier AC coach -1, 3 Tier AC coach- 2, Second Class Sleeper- 11, Second Class General – 3 N, Luggage van cum Guard Van- 2.
Stoppage:
Aluva, Thrissur, Ottapalam. Palakkad,Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkkonam, and Perambur.
II. Train No 82631,Chennai-Ernakulam Suvidha Special train will leave Chennai central at 8 pm on 22.12.2017(Friday) and arrive Ernakulam Jn the next day at 8:45 am.
Coach compostition:
2 Tier AC coach -1, 3 Tier AC coach- 2, Second Class Sleeper- 11, Second Class General – 3 N, Luggage van cum Guard Van- 2.
Stoppage:
Arakkonam, Katpadi, Jolarpettai. Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palakkad, Ottapalam, Thrissur and Aluva.
