Young Indians to Hold Quiz for School Students

KOCHI:
Young Indians (Yi), the youth wing of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), will organize a quiz contest for school students on 6 December 2017 at the CII Office, Abad Nucleus Mall, Maradu, Kochi at 1500 hrs. The competition is open to students from grades 8-12. This will be a general quiz touching upon a wide range of topics from current affairs, history, sports, literature, arts etc. Each School can send a maximum of three teams comprising of two students in each team. Registrations will have to come through the schools over email.
There would be an elimination round which would be a written prelim conducted at the venue. The format will be a pen and paper model to be conducted in the venue. Top 6 teams from the preliminary round will battle it out in the finals. The final round will be an on-stage event conducted by the quiz master.
