ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) the global body for professional accountants, will be hosting another Virtual Careers Fair (VCF) in India on 28 July 2022 between 8am to 8pm. With the main focus to support its future members and members with employability, ACCA gives employers an unique opportunity to attract accounting talent to drive business growth.
Since their launch in March 2020, ACCA Virtual Careers Fairs have run successfully over 22 times across many international markets. So far, these fairs have collectively attracted over 100,000 registrations from ACCA’s community of members, future members and prospective students, all keen to experience the innovative way that ACCA digitally connects them with their global network of employers.
The event will also include a series of live sessions, consisting of a panel discussion on ‘How to think critically and solve problems’, a virtual fireside chat – ‘ACCA building careers in accountancy and finance’ as well as a live session by an ACCA Careers expert on ‘How to get hired’.
Sajid Khan, Director-India at ACCA said: ‘The virtual career fair gives employers an opportunity to interact and access a diverse pool of finance professionals who bring innovative thinking in driving business growth. The fair also benefit attendees by providing them a range of practical employability advice through live expert led webinars, articles, videos, live chats with ACCA representatives and employers covering topics such as interview skills and CV writing.
