During the two day event, there were trainer talks, key note sessions and panel discussions to celebrate the trends in training and education. The event had more than 50 speakers from various walks of life.
The experts who spoke at the various sessions urged to utilize digitalization and ensure training is given to students. Dr Som Singh, Founder & CEO of Unspun Consulting Group said rather than students obtaining degree certificates, they should concentrate on digital education for the development of the nation.

Tata Consultancy Services (Kerala Operations) and Popular Vehicles and Services, Kochi shared the award for the best corporate presentation. Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies bagged the award for best presentation in institution category. Benny George, Dr C M Sherna, Shekhar Vishwanathan shared the award for best training talks.
