SOTI Continues its South India Virtual Roadshow in 2022

SOTI, the world’s most trusted provider of mobile and IoT device management solutions, has kickstarted its 2022 South India Recruitment Drive, offering internships and full-time employment opportunities to Freshers. Over 20,000 students from 600 colleges across three regions are expected to participate in the drive, which will be held in two phases.

The first phase of the drive, the SOTI Next Gen Roadshow South India Edition was held today. The virtual event gave an overview of SOTI and provided students with an interactive learning session on SOTI’s culture, technology and information regarding the second phase of the drive, an online coding test. Followed by a brief on the pre-placement information, participants had an opportunity to interact with SOTI leaders and have their questions answered. The Q&A session focused on career opportunities available for freshers and interns, the selection process, industry expectations and the changing needs of enterprises. The second phase includes the online test on August 27, 2022 and an interview with company executives.

“We see massive potential in the South India market, and it continues to be a priority for SOTI. The South India Roadshow is in its fourth installment. This year, we expanded to more states and tripled the number schools we are engaging with, and it is proving to generate even more excitement for the opportunities at SOTI. We expect over 20,000 talented Freshers and Interns to register and be part of this virtual experience, and that alone is a milestone for this event. SOTI offers an attractive salary package of INR 7,50,000 per annum for Freshers and a stipend of INR 30,000 per month for the six-month (January to June) internship program. The SOTI Next Gen Roadshow South India Edition is part of SOTI’s long-term vision to develop a strong base of talent in South India. SOTI has been successfully conducting this exclusive recruitment drive for Freshers and Interns since its first event in 2019. In 2020, the company hosted the first virtual event with over 14,000 students registering and 8,000 students writing the exam.
