An exuberant election campaign was witnessed on the last day of the campaign trail of UDF candidate Hibi Eden. The procession to Kochi Municipal Town Hall from UDF committee office in Judges Avenue was accompanied by Chendamelam, Kaavadi, tricolor flags and balloons, street plays, cut outs of Hibi etc.
Hibi Eden was seen entering the Town hall in an open jeep where he was welcomed by hundreds of supporters. Adding to the festivity was Malayalam film actor Dharmajan Bolgatty joining Hibi Eden in the open jeep. Hibi’s 6 year old daughter, Clara and wife, Anna Eden were present from the beginning till conclusion. MP K V Thomas and Ernakulam Mayor Soumini Jain were also present to support the candidate. Young and Old, Men and Women all joined together and cheered for the candidate and thus concluded the one-month long election campaign of Hibi Eden.
