UDF steps into the second phase of election campaign. Shattering the rumors about MP, K V Thomas resigning from Congress he joins Hibi Eden today in Election Committee Office in Kaloor. Speaking at the occasion said that he will be actively participating in the election campaigns of all 20 UDF candidates including Hibi Eden. He also reminded the gathering about the requirement of an equitable government.
Hibi Eden commented, for the past eight years he received exceptional guidance and support from the best he could seek and it has helped him in many such critical scenarios. Hibi Eden added that he will be continuing and expanding the projects and policies introduced by K V Thomas for the betterment.
K V Thomas addressed the Media along with Former Minister K Babu, MLA P T Thomas, Former MLA Dominic Presentation, DCC President T J Vinod, UDF Convener M M Francis and Former Mayor Tony Chemmani . He also stressed upon the fact that he will be actively present in the election campaigns of Ernakulam constituency.
Election Campaign of Hibi Eden
Constituency tour of Hibi Eden started today from Cochin Harbor where he received a massive welcome from the workers. From Cochin Harbour along with MLA PT Thomas the candidate campaigned in Thrikkakara constituency. Later reached out to people for support in Chakkaraparambu and Vennala. In Vennala he received a grand welcome by the UDF workers and headed to Paalachuvad and Aalinchuvad and expressed his gratitude to workers and organizers. By 11.00am departed to UDF Election Committee Office in Kaloor.
Dynamic group of UDF workers were present at the election committee office organized by former Minister K Babu, DCC President T J Vinod, UDF Convener MM Francis, Former Mayor Tony Chemmani. K V Thomas M P, reached the venue at 12.15 pm and received a warm greeting from the UDF candidate Hibi Eden and UDF members. While speaking at the occasion K V Thomas said that he will be actively participating in the election campaigns of all 20 UDF candidates including Hibi Eden. After a small conversation with senior UDF leaders and K V Thomas the candidate headed to Thrikkakara with P T Thomas.
After campaigning in various regions of Thrikkakara the candidate headed to Edakochi. Visited various institutions, meetings etc and went to election campaign in Perumpadappu. Today’s election campaign was concluded in Palluruthy with huge road show which started from Palluruthy Azhakiyakavu.
