As part of the National Science day, Centre for Science in Society, CUSAT, is organizing an online interaction programme, ‘Science Day with Farmer’ for school and college students. Sulfath Moideen, winner of the State Farmers’ Award, will interact with students who will get the opportunity to have first-hand information about the lessons of farming practices, the scientific aspects of terrace farming, and also to visit her farms virtually. The event will take place on National Science Day (February 28th, Sunday) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Interested candidates may register before 25th February. Phone : 9188219863.
