Aster DM Healthcare To Bear Entire Cost Of Treatment For People Injured In Tanur Boat Accident

Aster DM Healthcare, has announced that it will cover the entire cost of treatment who were injured in the Tanur boat accident and are currently undergoing treatment at Aster MIMS Kottakkal. The accident occurred late evening yesterday near the Tuvalthiram beach in the Tanur area of Malappuram, where a boat carrying tourists was capsized. Among the eight admitted five of them were children and four of the children were critically injured. All patients are overcoming the danger level and two injured, including one child have been discharged. The hospital is providing round-the-clock medical care to the rest of the injured, with a team of experienced doctors and nurses.

“As a responsible healthcare provider, we offer our support to the families of injured. Aster will cover the entire cost of their treatment at Aster MIMS Kottakkal,” said Dr. Azad Moopen, Founder Chairman and Managing Director of Aster DM Healthcare.Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Health Minister Veena George personally visited the patients under treatment in the hospital and assessed their health condition. The hospital was also visited by other ministers and political leaders.
