Book on Fish and Fishery Products Analysis Released

‘Fish and Fishery Products Analysis. A Theoretical and Practical Perspective’, a book which has the contents useful for degree and PG students, researchers, academicians, industry – technologists, quality controllers and production managers related to sea food industry was released by CUSAT VC Dr. KN Madhusoodanan today.

The Vice Chancellor handed over a copy to Pro-Vice Chancellor, Dr. P G Sankaran in the presence of Dr. V Meera Registrar, Dr. M Harikrishnan Director, School of Industrial Fisheries, Dr. Saleena Mathew, Dr Maya Raman and Dr. Dhanya P.R.

The book, published by Springer, was authored by former CUSAT Professor Dr. Saleena Mathew, and Dr. Maya Raman, Associate Professor KUFOS, Dr Manjusha K.P and Dr. Dhanya P.R, Asst. Professor, MES Asmabi College, Thrissur, who took this under the guidance of Dr. Saleena Mathew . According to Dr. Saleena Mathew, the book with seven chapters precisely dealing with various aspects of fish processing, will be a veritable handbook for students, researchers, academicians, technologists, quality controllers, production managers, etc. of fisheries sector.
