HP has introduced its latest version of laptop Spectre 13, currently the slimmest laptop in the world.
It is also under the limelight in terms of its elegance– full-HD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass, Intel Core i5 or i7 Skylake CPU, 8GB memory, SSD storage of up to 512GB. Usage of Intel’s hyperbaric cooling system helps Spectre to run efficiently in its slim framework, preventing it from overheating.
The battery is split into two thinner pieces so as to fit into its slender metallic body and also to provide a prolonged battery life. HP promises a 9-hour efficiency for its battery.Spectre is equipped with three USB Type-C ports out of which two of them bunched together support Thunderbolt to use Ethernet, VGA or HDMI connections via adapters. It also has a 3.5mm headphone socket. It has a backlit keyboard with large, well-spaced keys.
The lid and the bottom portion of the laptop covered with carbon fibre adds to its beauty.
HP plans to bring Spectre 13 to India by June. It will be competing with Apple MacBook Air and Dell XPS 13.
