‘Gamification’, a one day management development programme was conducted at School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology.
Dr. James Manalel, Chief Guest at the function who inaugurated the programme underlined the need to develop innovative tools and methods in the learning and development domain. SMS Director Prof. D. Mavoothu and Dr. Manu Melwin Joy spoke at the function.
