Thiruvananthapuram: The chargesheet in the Kadakampally land deal scam was filed by CBI today, keeping Oommen Chandy’s former gunman Salim Raj out of the list of accused. His wife also has been exempted from the case.
Earlier, CBI had named Salim Raj as the 21st accused in the controversial case.
The case is related to the attempt by the accused to grab the land of 170 people in Kadakampally by forging documents, in connivance with government officials.
