South Indian Bank Conducts Knowledge Session on Leadership Strategies for MSMEs

In a pioneering initiative aimed at fostering the growth and sustainability of small and medium enterprises, the South Indian Bank hosted an insightful session in association with BNI in Kochi. The session witnessed the presence of industry experts and guests who shared their invaluable insights on the growth of MSMEs.

Thomas Joseph K, Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer of South Indian Bank, set the tone for the session with an engaging introductory speech. The keynote address was delivered by the Chief Guest, John Kuriakose, Chairman and Managing Director of DentCare. A session on ‘Strategies for Seamless Succession Planning, Ensuring Business Continuity, and Leadership Transition’ was led by Anil Kumar G, Business Coach at ActionCOACH and Executive Director, BNI Ernakulam and Idukki, providing participants with practical strategies for navigating leadership transitions seamlessly.

A panel discussion on ‘Innovation and Adaptability in Business’ also held as part of the event. The session delved into the importance of innovation and adaptability in the ever-evolving business landscape, offering attendees valuable insights to stay ahead in today’s competitive market. The panellists included Venkatraman Anand, Chief Executive of Harrisons Malayalam Plantations, Orwell Lionel, Founder of Lakshya, and Sijo Kuruvilla George, Business Consultant and Founding CEO of Startup Village, Senthil Kumar, Senior General Manager & Group Business Head (Collection, Recovery & MSME) of South Indian Bank.The discussion was moderated by Rajesh Gopinathan, Assistant Area Director of BNI Ernakulam and Idukki. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Krishna Kumar P, Joint General Manager and Regional Head-Ernakulam of South Indian Bank.
