CREDAI Urges to End Confusions Regarding CRZ

The two-day CREDAI Kerala Statecon 2020, which concluded here on Saturday urged the Government to end the confusions regarding CRZ and delay in giving permission for constructions.

The conference also demanded to revise the old laws and ensure clarity in it. The meeting was also of the view that the CRZ Mapping was a total failure and if there was a clear interference by the officials, the demolition of flats at Maradu could have avoided.

The meeting registered their strong protest against the demolition of flats which was a result of the negligence of the Government Officials. Kerala has all the possibilities for the growth in real estate and the marketing strategies should be planned according to the circumstances.

The speakers at the various sessions pointed out that there is great scope for Ayurveda in Kerala and depending on NRIs for the development should be avoided. New ventures like co-living, co-working and student housing should be experimented here, they said.

The marketing strategy should also be changed according to the taste of customers. There should be interaction with the customers to know what they need now in real estate sector. CREDAI Kerala Former Chairman K V Abdul Azeez, Asset Homes Managing Director Sunil Kumar, Alchemist Marketing and Talent Solutions Managing Director Manish Porwal and VMLY & R CEO Anil Nair participated at the discussion on Real Estate Marketing. Conference Chairman K V Haseeb Ahamed and CREDAI Kerala Secretary General M V Antony presented the outcome of the meeting.
