KOCHI:
Federal Bank has been offering a free skill development course to
girls in Wayanad district via Federal Skill Academy. The course is designed to
provide training in Financial Accounting & Tally Prime Comprehensive. The program
will run for 3.5 months, and participants will receive free accommodation and food
during the course and comes with a placement assistance. The programme is
offered at the Federal Skill Academy at Kaloor, Kochi.
The skill development course is open to girls who meet the following eligibility
criteria: parental annual income should be less than Rs.5 Lakh, they should hold a
degree in BCom, BBA, MCom or MBA, their age should be between 20-30 years,
and they should be residents of Wayanad District.
The training program aims to equip participants with the necessary skills to secure
employment opportunities in the financial sector. The course will be taught by
experienced instructors who will provide hands-on training to students in Financial
Accounting & Tally Prime Comprehensive.
