Infopark organized grand celebrations as part of commemorating the 77th Independence Day. Infopark CEO Susanth Kurunthil proudly hoisted the national flag at Infopark Park Centre in Infopark Kochi.
He also expressed his delight to everyone by sharing a few words on the auspicious day. “As we celebrate the 77th Independence Day today, let me take this moment to remember all of our forefathers who fought the British to ensure that we enjoy the freedom that we have today.”
“At this point, as we know, India is in the run to be one of the global superpowers, and I believe that the IT sector has contributed a significant portion to this. The Kerala IT industry is also giving impetus to the growth of the country by providing new buildings and other facilities.” He added. Kerala Police SISF officers, Infopark Park Center staff, Operation and Maintenance team, etc participated. Nine SISF officers who rendered excellent service were felicitated on the occasion.
A Midnight Freedom Walk was conducted from the main gate of Carnival Infopark to Infopark’s Central Circle under the leadership of Prathidhwani, a welfare organization of IT employees. IT employees and their family members also participated, making the event more colourful. They recited the National Anthem and Preamble of the Indian Constitution and delivered them at the event. 76 tricolour balloons were flown and 76 candles were also lit along with it as a symbol of 76 years of freedom.
Kerala IT Parks Chief Marketing Officer Manjit Cherian hoisted the flag at the ceremony held at Infopark Cherthala. Security personnel, Operations and Maintenance staff, IT staff, and others also participated.
Infopark Thrissur Site Assistant Alwin Babu hoisted the flag at the independence day celebration held near Indivaram Building at Infopark Thrissur Kerala Police SISF personnel, Infopark Park Center staff, Operations and Maintenance Team, etc also participated.
