A Sweet Gratitude to COVID Fighters

Chocolate boxes were distributed to the medical community, police officers and other COVID fighters who are leading the fight against COVID pandemic in Kerala as a token of gratitude, to appreciate and acknowledge their relentless spirit and hard work.

Mars India, in partnership with NGOs, has launched “Be the Reason for a Smile” campaign across India an effort to salute Corona warriors. This sweet gratitude gift is being distributed across Kerala region by Rupa George, Managing partner of Baby Marine International and a social activist in partnership with Mars India and Bone to Win Foundation.

The sweet boxes were distributed to Kerala Health and Social Welfare Minister KK Shylaja, Suhas, Cochin Mayor Soumini Jain, Commissioner of Police Poonkuzhali, Navy Vice Admiral AK Chawla, IMA State President Dr. Abraham Varghese, Kalamassery Medical College, Vallarpadam PHC, Vallarpadam Police station, Gothuruth health centre, Shornur Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram Medical College, Calicut baby Memorial hospital, ESA hospitals, PHC Centers etc. Roopa George has already distributed chocolate boxes to all the health workers of West Kochi. Be the Reason for a Smile was launched on July 1, World Doctors Day.
